Job Summary:

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, managing staff, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate nursing care to meet the needs of residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Conduct staff training and orientation, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.

  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities are required.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes is beneficial.
