Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aviation Marketing and Sales Professional to join our team at Embraer S.A. as a Commercial Aviation Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing innovative aviation solutions to customers in the Latin American region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects to identify new market opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers, highlighting the unique benefits of our solutions.
  • Conduct strategic negotiations to close aircraft purchase agreements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Proven experience in complex aviation marketing and sales, preferably with airlines, leasing companies, and aircraft manufacturers.
  • Working experience in Latin America, especially with airline companies and/or leasing companies.
