Desenvolvimento:

Realizar o controle do fluxo de caixa diário e projetado, monitorando entradas e saídas e sinalizando desvios financeiro.

Execução:

Executar os processos de contas a pagar e a receber, garantindo prazos, conferência de documentos e correta classificação contábil.

Emissão:

Emitir notas fiscais e boletos, assegurando a conformidade tributária e o correto lançamento nos sistemas interno.

Conciliação:

Efetuar conciliações bancárias, identificando e corrigindo eventuais divergências nos extratos e lançamentos financeiro.

Consultoria:

Realizar consultas cadastrais e de crédito em plataformas como Serasa, apoiando decisões de concessão ou bloqueio.

Registro:

Controlar e registrar corretamente a movimentação financeira (entradas, saídas, guias, notas e boletos), mantendo a organização e integridade das informaçõe.

Apoio:

Apoiar a organização na preparação de documentos para obrigações fiscais e no relacionamento com instituições financeira.

Garantia:

Garantir que todos os registros financeiros estejam atualizados, organizados e de acordo com os procedimentos internos e legislações vigente.

  • Necessária experiência anterior comprovada em rotinas financeiras generalistas;
  • Domínio de sistemas financeiros e planilhas eletrônicas;
  • Requisitos: Experiência comprovada em finanças;
