IT Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team in Mato Grosso, Brazil.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT incidents and maintenance of accurate records of hardware inventory and asset management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Resolve client-reported issues for devices supported by HID.
    • Manage and update assigned tickets on the service management tool.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Maintain spares stock inventory control.
    • Ensure HID tools and equipment are in good working order.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work with customers, suppliers, and technical teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    • Support internal/external audits.

Requirements:

  • Higher-level education in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in handling electro/mechanical equipment or supporting desktop workstations and printers.
