Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in the LATAM market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth;
- Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver customized solutions;
- Maintain accurate records of client performance and provide regular reports to direct supervisors;
- Represent our brand at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and nurture relationships with clients and potential partners;
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of account management experience in the iGaming or e-commerce sector;
- Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese language skills are a plus;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Willingness to travel within the LATAM region for client meetings and industry events.
