. Somos especializados em digitalizar e otimizar plantas de tratamento de águas industriais e municipais, com um forte foco em águas residuais.Objetivo do cargo:Posicionar a Ainwater como a empresa líder em
Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao tratamento de águas residuais
no Brasil.Responsabilidades principais:Liderar e implementar a
estratégia comercial
da Ainwater no BrasilGerenciar e
fechar vendas
nos setores industrial e municipal de tratamento de águas.Criar e manter
alianças estratégicas
com empresas de instrumentação, operação de plantas e fornecedores de insumos químicos, entre outros.Posicionar a Ainwater como uma
referência de inovação
no ecossistema brasileiro de inteligência artificial e água.Participar ativamente no
ecossistema de startups brasileiro
, gerando oportunidades de colaboração e crescimento.Supervisionar o
pipeline de vendas
, realizar acompanhamento contínuo de clientes e visitar plantas para avaliar necessidades.Concretizar
novos negócios
que impulsionem o crescimento da Ainwater na região.Requisitos:Formação em engenharia
civil, hidráulica, química, ambiental, sanitária ou áreas afins.Excelentes habilidades de
comunicação verbal e escrita
.Atitude proativa e espírito
inovador
e
colaborativo
.Capacidade de identificar
novas oportunidades
e flexibilidade diante dos desafios do mercado.Grande
atenção aos detalhes
e foco na qualidade.Outros:Posição remota com base em São Paulo ou outra grande cidade, com disponibilidade para visitar clientes e participar de eventos chave no setor.Comissões
