Indirect Channel Sales Manager

**A posição é responsável pela gestão da carteira dos clientes do canal indireto e direto na região Norte e Nordeste do Brasil. Desenvolvendo e implementando as estratégias de negócio que proporcionem o atingimento dos principais objetivos de vendas.**
**O que estamos buscando?**:
- Associado trabalhará remotamente liderando sua equipe na interação com os clientes da região buscando atingir os objetivos de sellin, execução de loja perfeita e sellout nos clientes diretos e indiretos bem como atingir os KPIs de distribuição nas lojas menores do canal indireto sob sua responsabilidade.
- Será responsável por uma região inteira e por todas as iniciativas da Mars para a região com lançamentos de produto, calendários promocionais e gerenciamento do budget de investimentos com o intuito de desenvolver o share da cia nas categorias em que atua.
- Associado também deverá criar motivação nos associados da regional para continuarem se desenvolvendo nas capacidades funcionais e mantendo treinamentos obrigatórios da função em dia.
**Quais serão as principais responsabilidades?**:
- Responsável por desenvolver e implementar estratégias comercial para os canais
- Responsável por gerenciar uma equipe com 5 reportes diretos.
- Responsável pelo atingimento dos targets de sell in / sell out do canal e positivação.
- Responsável pelo monitoramento dos kpis de gestão do negócio e desenvolvimento de plano de ação.
- Responsável por garantir excelência de execução no PDV. Monitorando a evolução dos KPI’s de perfect store.
- Responsável pela gestão de investimento e conta corrente com os clientes e regionais de compras.
- Responsável pela implantação do MAB do canal.
