We are looking for an advanced **Flavor & Ingredients Commercial Support** to be located in Brazil. The role will provide comprehensive, broad based support to the commercial managers leading the respective accounts of Mondelez and Unilever. The role will be expected to become an integral component of the IFF Global accounts team this will include providing comprehensive administrative support, taking responsibility for regular client communication/interface in all formats, supporting on planning and execution of mid - long terms initiatives (both internal and client based) and lastly contribute to the development and subsequent commercial execution of the regional strategic account plan.

**How you will spend your time**

**1.Comprehensive Administration Support**
- Be a first point of contact for customers (both internal and external) related to commercial administration matters, projects, sampling and existing business queries.
- Work closely with other the IFF functions such as C&A, Marketing, SCI and the relevant IFF production facilities to manage, and see through to completion any actions relevant to the Customer projects / requests.
- Coordinate communications between the external customer and IFF departments and ensure timely reply to questions and follow-ups on actions.
- Correct, timely and accurate usage and maintenance of IFF and SAP systems according to the IFF business rules (e.g. pricing, customer master data, product submissions, etc.), ensuring data integrity. Manage the necessary IFFMAN and Sales Force actions relating to sample request, price quotes and any other relevant topics.
- Ensure that Customer sampling and pricing requests are managed and completed within the agreed timeframe. Ordering and progress tracking of samples and required documentation
- As requested, support the commercial manager by running SAP business reports related to sales and order intake, plus any subsequent commercial review or discussion.
- Monthly review and feedback on execution of agreed actions related to strategic account plan.
- Setting up a daily touch point with commercial sales manager to review, discuss and mutually agree relevant actions required from the IFF team and relevant customer for agreed period i.e. day/week/month. Open discussion for period applicable tasks e.g. price update communications to clients (external/internal) / client workshops etc. Expect and manage delegation by commercial manager of action plan and timelines.

**2. Project management function & Marketing support**
- Involvement in the commercial discussions, both client briefings (if applicable) and subsequent project debriefs. Excl. initial internal assessment discussion which is a commercial manager responsibility.
- Initial and subsequent data uploads into the IFF system in an accurate and timely fashion, ensuring uploads are executed in a manner aligned to the IFF model with accurate and detailed information (support commercial manager in obtaining missing information).
- Support marketing teams building key presentations when required. This responsibility will grow based on the possibilities and requirements of the business

**Job Requirements**:

- Advanced English. Basic Spanish. Additional language skills are an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and solutions oriented with the ability to interact and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers - Communicator and Team player
- Customer service oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize to guarantee that all issues are allocated the required time to be handled in a professional manner

**Required Experience**
- Completed commercial vocational training, 3 to 4-year Bachelor degree in Business or related studies
- Significant experience with the use of SAP in a customer service and logistics environment
- Experience using Office (Word, Excel etc.)
- Able to handle sensitive/confidential information
