**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Support Directors and board with business strategy and development related initiatives.
- Development of the Strategic Planning process for approval of Leadership and Board of Directors.
- Development of market reports to spread market insights with the company leaders and board members
- Working on a project-like structure with initiatives such as: pricing and cost models, assessment of new internal opportunities to increase company results
- Support Business Development and Product Team in ad-hoc organic projects by: gathering market information, preparing financial models, evaluating business plan feasibility and develop presentations for Leadership decision making process.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills, job requires frequent contact with Leadership and heavy interaction with Board of Directors / Shareholders.
- Ability to deal with complex and diverse information, gathering and working with data from different sources and using different formats.
- Ability to develop financial models to evaluate the return of ongoing operations and special projects.
- Understanding of valuation methodologies and metrics including (NPV, IRR, WACC).
- Ability to understand, evaluate and make decisions that have large business impact, i.e. leading key projects for the company’s strategy development.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Experience with strategic planning process, preferably within telecommunications.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, and modeling) and MS PowerPoint.
- BS/BA degree (BS in Engineering, Finance and/or MBA preferred) in relevant field is required.
- 2 or more years of experience in management/ strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategic planning of telecommunications organizations.

Fluency in Portuguese and English is a must, Spanish is a plus.
