**Responsibilities**:
We currently have a great opportunity available for an Analyst II, Sales Systems - LATAM. The Sales System -LATAM Analyst II is Responsible for the administration of Sales System’s Life Cycle including solution planning, analysis, design, build and test phases ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Sales Customer Relation Management (CRM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to improve sales organization processes. Leverage resources to identify and implement cost effective changes to sales systems and processes as well as collaborate with other groups to deliver solutions within tight timeframes. Provide support in sales system escalation and resolution.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Sales System Project Management**: Work directly with sales teams and internal operational teams to gather system requirements for enhancement requests. Support continuous improvement of user experience within systems by proactively identifying potential challenges. Translate user requirements in order to effectively design, estimate development efforts, and program the requirement into the systems or out-of-box apps. Oversee completion of requests including designing, building, and testing of functionality while adhering to strict deadlines. Oversee all user testing through environment testing stages prior to release to production system. Effectively communicate status of requests and timeline to project team and sales management.**Sales System Process Ownership**: Work effectively with business and technical SMEs to prepare and evaluate workflow solutions. Facilitate effective business user sessions gathering functionality feedback and determining necessary program or process changes. Effectively perform end-user training sessions for new hires and others as needed. Go beyond the CRM landscape and have an understanding of business process in order to drive requirements, priorities, and streamline processes.**System Configuration Management**: Effectively manage user licensing and security role assignment of all sales system users. Build and maintain system reports, dashboards, and user views. Manage all mass update functions needed in system and manage all rules engines in sales systems. Manage user form designs, system theming and other moderate configuration processes as needed. Build and test all configurations in development and quality control environments to ensure proper testing prior to release to production. Escalate and coordinate high level configurations or customizations needed with programming team.**Issue Resolution**: Evaluate all functional and technical issues reported. Provide Tier 1 user support and troubleshooting. As needed, escalate high level issues to programming team for further investigation and resolution. Coordinate testing with end users prior to delivering solution. Create and work with vendor(s) on Ticket ownership and ticket resolution.**Ongoing Support**: Maintain all Sales System documentation including training material, technical specifications, user test scripts, and change approvals. Coordinate all mandatory system updates with programming team and end user testing team. Drive general approach and execution of data cleansing efforts in collaboration with users and programmers. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending user group meetings and conferences as necessary. Create/update operational SOPs related to position.**Team Work**: Learn from and assist cross-functional team members on other Sales Systems such as Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Conga CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), SAP, PowerBI, and others.**Responsibility**: Be the primary lead for specified tasks determined by management, such as Approvals Process, Template Management, CRM Workflows, Users Set-up, etc.. Be more proactive working on root causes and resolution. Being able to identify stakeholders and engage the right people on system’s discussions. Add value to proposed changes and enhancements by making suggestions.- Other duties as assigned.

**Percentage of Travel**:10%

**Individual Education & Training Required for Position**:Training required for this position is defined and governed in accordance to COP-0013 Associate Training and will be assigned in the LMS.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years’ experience in Microsoft dynamics configuration/a
