**About the role**:
To support our growth in Brazil we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. Your role will be to support the Brazilian Sales Team to execute world-class sales initiatives across a wide range of functions, including sell in (distributors), sell out (installers), sales strategy, communications, events and advertising of Enphase systems.

Enphase’s sales model engages distribution partners, installers and integrators in both residential and commercial markets to bring its systems to global markets (microinverters, batteries, EVC, charge controller, automatic transfer switch technology and more).

We are currently looking for a skilled **Sales Account Manager** to drive Enphase revenue and share growth in Brazil. To accomplish this goal the successful Regional Sales Manager will identify new partners and enabling and educating all partners on the Enphase technology and business propositions. You will help them articulate and sell the Enphase solution platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting market research on market size, competitors, opportunities, installers & vertical markets
- Assessing, identifying, visiting and engaging potential clients (solar installers) and directing those solar integrators to our distributors (sell out)
- Perform Sales summits to hundreds of installers at a time, with teaching of commercial and technical insights about Enphase systems
- Generate sales with installers (sell out) and be responsible for covering at least 1/5 of the Brazilian states
- Lead and manage by analytical studies and thought processes other sales representatives in different states of Brazil
- Introducing Enphase technology and our products mostly to solar installers and also potential distribution partners
- Assessing a partner’s business and jointly developing successful strategies to incorporate and sell Enphase products in a way that positively impacts all aspects of the partner’s P&L.
- Being at the forefront of new products that will continue to drive the Solar Energy market (microinverters, energy storage, EV chargers and AC modules)
- Managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and state corporate objectives
- Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly territory and account forecasts
- Participate local Installers community and promote renewable energy policy

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, or engineering
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to thrive in a complex sales environment
- Experience in the solar industry, energy industry, high technology, or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is a plus.
- Relevant experience managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives
- Experience in the solar industry or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is a plus
- Proven territory planning and management skills
- Ability to produce sales and revenue forecasts for individual accounts by analyzing historical sales data and information provided by the partner and comparing with competitive and general market data
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- A virtual office must have easy access to a major metropolitan airport.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
