We are hiring a **Wellbeing engagement Analyst** to our **Wellbeing Engagement** team in **São Paulo**

This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for creating communication and engagement campaigns for our existing clients. As a WE analyst in this position, you are expected to support the planning team in building and running benefit tools and webinars to support Wellhub in bringing benefit information to its clients. Understanding the client profile together with sales, client success, partners and the client's internal communications department. This is a great opportunity to be part of a passionate team, take our clients to the next level of results and engagement, and help Wellhub fulfill our mission of delivering universal well-being.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Very close contact with the planning, client success, HRs and users.
- Conducting webinars about Wellhub for launching companies and existing clients.
- Preparation and adaptation of materials for conducting sessions.
- Responsible for facilitating the production of items with partners: graphics, awards, etc. In addition to being responsible for stocking and shipping items for onsite actions.
- Participation in projects to improve processes related to webinars, as well as new tools and ways to scale the activity to more companies collectively.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Google tools knowledge (sheets and slides) - JIRA, ZOOM, Teams (is a plus)
- Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (is a plus)
- Resilience to work in an fast paced environment with changes and different scenarios
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace
- Good writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinars
- Projects critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystem
- Owner mentality and proactivity is key for this role
- Creative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution
- Be willing to help make wellbeing universal
