**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are hiring an **Indirect Channel Partners Project **to our** Indirect Channel** **team in** São Paulo, Brazil**

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and at the channel partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones, managing the delivery of different stakeholders whenever needed
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Support sales teams with project-related information and documentation as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices for project management.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- A professional with proven experience in project management, especially within sales teams or tech companies.
- Willingness to learn and challenge yourself by managing different projects and helping the evolution of our project methodology.
- Able to communicate in English and/or Spanish, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish great relationships with co-workers and channel partners
- An individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who is able to lead multiple projects
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana and JIRA
- Equipped with strong problem-solving skills, attentive to detail and team-oriented, yet capable of working independently when necessary.
