The Opportunity

Our Channel Partners team plays a vital role in expanding our market presence and growth through strategic partnerships. We aim to develop, support, and optimize relationships with commercial partners, driving revenue growth and enhancing partner success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized commercial partners, ensuring their engagement and success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective channel strategies, aligning partner performance with business objectives.
  • Support partners with training, tools, and commercial strategies to enhance their sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing improvements to maximize results.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience working with channel sales and indirect sales models, preferably in the corporate benefits or SaaS sectors.
  • A solid understanding from experience of the sales process and the channel partners ecosystem.
  • Advanced English.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel performance.
