**About the role**:
As the IT&D Senior Business Analyst, LATAM, you will be the key driver connecting our business together. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Plan, manage, and execute agreed regional & country projects across LATAM.
- Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver agreed value-added initiatives across LATAM.
- Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption, process compliance, and optimum use of solutions.
- Provide key insights from financial & commercial data to drive business change initiatives.
- Provide direction to developers and project teams.
- Offer vital input into the assessment, design, development, and implementation of business solutions.
- Use investigative techniques (interviews, workshops, observations, scenarios, prototyping, quantitative approaches) to understand the current state of data/processes/reporting.
- Document, review, analyze, and make recommendations to improve the current state of data/processes/reporting - driving consistency across the region.
- Engage with stakeholders to baseline KPIs, agree on targets, develop a business case, define success criteria, identify methods of measurement, and establish ownership for benefits realization and measurement.
- Champion the development and implementation of data and process compliance measures.
- Act as the lead interface for requirements gathering for business projects.
- Lead country and region-specific projects with regard to scope and vision.

- Bachelor's degree in IT and business management.
- IT&D experience in operations and projects.
- Preferred ERP support experience.
- Intermediate commercial acumen and understanding of business processes.
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and methodology development.
- Experience in software and hardware solutions implementation.
- Strong project contribution and results.
- Customer-facing, service-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Agile mindset for high-pressure environments.
- Proactive, go-getter attitude.
- Ability to work in teams and individually.
- Flexibility to travel within LATAM markets.
