**You’ll have the following responsibilities**:

- **Accountable for leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of projects that are large and complex and represent significant benefit and/or risk to our customers throughout the lifecycle - Win Business / T&T / In-Life**:

- **Building and maintaining strong and proactive customer service relationships and driving strategy across ‘owned’ contracts for project delivery**:

- **Responsible for strategic resource planning to meet work volumes and ensure the team meets project commitments**:

- **Ensures required documentation exists for all required projects, including communication plans, implementation plans are all interlocked with the end customer in line with BT Project and Programme methodologies**:

- **Implements jeopardy management and reporting to ensure delivery of service compliant with contractual SLA's, ensuring project are closed effectively**:

- **Manages escalations and work allocation, coordinates and manages contract projects of Project Management Professionals**:

- **Drive and deliver business transformation and change programmes**

**You’ll have the following skills and experience**:
Soft skills:

- Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
- Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
- Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
- Strengths and abilities that help to oversee processes and guide people toward the achievement of goals

Professional skills:

- 3+ years' experience of leading and delivering complex projects
- Experience in the IT/Telco domain
- Relevant project management certificate is an advantage

Language skills:

- English on a fluent level
- Portuguese on fluent level
