**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Atuar em parceria com os Líderes da V.tal com o objetivo de atrair, avaliar e selecionar os melhores talentos do mercado;
- Conduzir os processos de seleção de ponta a ponta para todos os níveis;
- Definir estratégias de buscas, mapear o mercado e criação de banco de talentos para diversas áreas e posições;
- Engajar e gerenciar as principais partes interessadas de RH para melhor fornece a melhor experiência de recrutamento;
- Garantir a qualidade da contratação sob a perspectiva dos gestores das posições e também as perspectivas de satisfação da nova pessoa colaboradora.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Ensino superior completo
- Experiência em Recrutamento & Seleção
- Nível de Inglês Avançado
