**Job Description**:
As a **Digital marketing manager**, part of our Artist services team, your mission is to contribute to the development of our independent artists by creating and executing the best digital strategy in a constantly mutating environment.

You will work within our Artist services team in charge of selling distribution & marketing partnerships to a network of indie artists with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

**Your duties will include but not limited to the following**
- Contribute to the development of our artists _via_ media exposure
- Elaborate in collaboration with your partners the strategy & planning to target artist development
- Define contents, schedule budget & coordinate execution of the strategy to boost the exposure of the artist
- Leverage artist’s channels to grow audience and increase engagement, by:

- Implementing both organic activations and paid media campaigns (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, online stores, online media, and influencers)
- Building creative and innovative digital experiences for fans
- Providing guidance to artists to manage their socials
- Produce key visuals, sketches, storyboards to illustrate ideas.
- Use data to give the most efficient advice
- Perform data analysis to identify the artist’s target audience & position in the market
- Monitor KPI & deliver weekly reports on digital marketing performance for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage & monitor digital marketing budgets.
- Sales
- Identify potential artists in the market and within our portfolio of partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company. French can be a plus
- You have an experience in digital marketing, social media management or online PR
- You are data driven and results oriented
- You are proficient in Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- You have proven creativity skills and strong capacity to structure and organise your work
- A passion for music and an extensive knowledge of the music industry will help hep you to be successfu
