We are seeking an experienced and driven **Sales Manager in Brazil** to lead business development and sales efforts for our **robotic welding cell solutions**.
**Position Overview**:
As the **Brazil Robotics Welding Cell Sales Manager**, you will play a critical role in driving growth and market share for Huayan’s Cobot welding solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with integrators and manufacturers, and closing deals across diverse industrial sectors such as automotive, agricultural machinery, metal fabrication, and general manufacturing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales of **Cobot-based robotic welding cells** throughout Brazil.
- Identify, engage, and grow a network of system integrators, distributors, and key end-users.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored welding automation solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of welding cells.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, quoting, negotiations, and closing.
- Collaborate with the engineering and support teams for solution customization and post-sale follow-up.
- Participate in trade fairs, technical expos, and customer events to promote brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategy.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to LATAM leadership.
**Requirements**:
- **5+ years of B2B sales experience** in industrial automation, welding systems, or robotics in Brazil.
- Strong background in **robotic or automated welding technologies** (MIG/TIG/Spot).
- Familiarity with collaborative robots (e.g., UR, ABB, Fanuc CRX, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in **Portuguese**; **English proficiency** required; Spanish is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
- Engineering or technical background preferred (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Brazil and attend international training when needed.
Pay: R$8,000.00 - R$12,000.00 per month
