**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment or executive search.
- Proven track record of hiring in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
- High-level English communication skills.
**Desirable**:
- Prior experience recruiting for private equity or financial services firms.
- Familiarity with culture-fit assessments and stakeholder consulting.
- Exposure to diversity recruitment initiatives.
