**Job Summary**
- Responsible for managing the HSE area of the plant, ensuring that the maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environment Management System is carried out to ensure that actions are in line with corporate, customer, industry and applicable legal requirements.**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Carry out audits, through inspection according to the established program, to identify risk situations and take appropriate measures, when necessary;
- Publicize campaigns related to Health, Safety and Environment, using the communication tools made available by the company to ensure the commitment of employees with the tools of the HSE Management System;
- Promote campaigns, lectures and other forms of training, with the aim of disseminating occupational safety and hygiene standards, as well as to inform and make workers aware of unhealthy, dangerous and painful activities, monitoring and evaluating training and dissemination activities;
- Manage the preparation of plans to control the effects of catastrophes, creating the conditions for fighting fires and rescuing victims of any type of accident;
- To be a reference for contacting customers and regulatory / supervisory bodies, accompanying them when necessary;
- Monitor and lead actions in order to ensure the compliance of the company's processes with legal, customer and corporate requirements;
- Manage the unit's performance, through HSE indicators, according to the procedure established by the corporation.
- Contribute to service excellence through commitment to the principles and concepts of quality in its area of expertise;
- Participate in the Quality System, valuing its policies and keeping it suitable for its work department.
- Provide strict compliance with Safety, Health and Environment standards and procedures.
**Minimum Job Qualifications**
- Completed Higher Degree in Occupational Safety or similar;
- Experience with work safety management;
- Knowledge of implementation processes and monitoring of audits in the HSE system;
- Advanced English;
