**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a **Salesforce Analyst **for our** Partnership Sales Operations **team in **São Paulo, Brazil**

The Sales Operations Salesforce Analyst, will create, update, and maintain processes related to our company databases and computer systems.
As part of the Partnership Sales Operations, this person will help with projects where they will be expected to develop processes and quality assurance measures to improve our practices in a scalable way, related to the Salesforce environment for our partnership teams.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Collaborate with our Partnerships teams to identify and implement best practices;
- Design processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adoption and improve efficiency of all processes;
- Support sales and account management teams with any inquiries regarding the tools and systems used;
- Provide data driven insights to inform strategy and sales conversion;
- Develop reports and dashboards to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency and data quality;
- Own our lead management process and scoring;
- Support the development of scalable processes for our teams that have not migrated to Salesforce yet through the use of tools of automation;
- Guarantee data quality and consistency between systems and stakeholders.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor's degree required;
- Advanced/Fluent English is required considering the global teams interaction;
- Experience and knowledge in Salesforce is required;
- Experience conducting strategic project and analysis using Salesforce reports and dashboards;
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL is a plus;
- Critical and analytical thinking skills;
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and as a team;
- Strong communication skills;
