Mobiz IT, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic IT consulting programs for our enterprise clients. In this high-impact role, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream initiatives across cloud, automation, and infrastructure—ensuring excellence in execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and measurable business value.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead complex IT consulting programs from planning through delivery—on time, within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, DevOps, and client stakeholders.
- Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Own and maintain program documentation including RAID logs, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Drive resource planning and allocation across remote, matrixed teams.
- Conduct reviews and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to PMO best practices and standardization efforts.

**Key Deliverables**
- Detailed project/program plans and execution schedules
- Executive-ready status reports and dashboards
- Client-facing presentations and stakeholder updates (e.g., Steerco decks)
- RAID logs with active risk and issue resolution
- Final documentation and post-implementation reviews

**What Success Looks Like**
- On-time, on-budget project delivery
- Client satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
- Program profitability vs forecast
- Resolution time for risks and issues
- Quality and accuracy of program documentation
- Internal collaboration and leadership impact

**You’ll Collaborate With**
- Client-side program owners and executive sponsors
- Engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams
- PMO and other project managers
- Sales and solution architects
- HR and staffing partners
- Executive leadership for escalations and strategic input

**What You Bring**
- PMP (or equivalent) certification required
- 10+ years in IT project management and 5+ years in program-level leadership
- Strong background in cloud (Azure/AWS), infrastructure, and DevOps consulting
- Solid grasp of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in remote, cross-functional environments
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead across time zones (EST/PST)
