**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**
Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language. For that reason, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available to you by the end of the test.
As the Content Strategy leader, you will oversee the International operation of services that should design, manage and monitor customers' content strategies from end-to-end, while maintaining an efficient operation that delivers high-quality results.
To excel in this role, you will need a strategic vision to connect short-term and long-term goals, excellent resource management skills, and the ability to juggle priorities to meet deadlines without cutting corners. Lastly, it is fundamental to demonstrate an ability to make ends meet across the organization, through the encouragement and empowerment of open communication among the team.
**Your Impact**:
- Overseeing the International Content Strategy Services operation, ensuring and monitoring that processes are in place to proactively protect consistent service quality to meet expectations while also guaranteeing that credits are all being used
- Setting up, managing and improving playbooks and procedures within the team, guaranteeing excellence standards are met
- Keeping the Manager up to date with any issue or opportunity to improve our services
- Following up on every new customer to determine who is going to be the content strategist according to different variables
- Providing reports and activity updates to management and coordinating vacation rotation
- Holding accountability for handling emergencies and implementing corrective actions, while ensuring alignment within the customer, among the team and across the company
- Participating in strategic customers calls to support the Content Strategist key-decisions
- Enabling growth and development of the team through one-on-one meetings, providing real-time feedback and coaching as needed
- Managing the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring expectation alignment from both sides and proper coaching for ramping
- Overseeing team performance, managing reports analysis to ensure deliveries are on track and managing rehab plans
**What we're looking for**:
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related areas
- Formal education/Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing, preferably in SEO and content development
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Present a personable, collaborative attitude that fosters and nurtures long-lasting relationships across the company, with managerial-level stakeholders
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset
- Great written and communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Desirable managerial experience, combined with leadership skills
