**About the UX Team**
The SAP Fieldglass UX Design Team is a tight-knit group of individuals who focus on elevating the experience of our users through visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and user research. Our team leads the charge of adopting a user-centric approach throughout SAP Fieldglass. We are a data-driven bunch and are keen to push the boundaries of what our software can do to make an impact on our users.

**In this role, you will**:
This Researcher will utilize both Qualitative and Quantitative methodologies that meld business owner/ PM objectives and continuous user research into a compelling user experience. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Define and drive strategic research for current and new feature/products.
- Partner with and collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, data, and customer-facing teams to understand, plan, and execute research projects.
- Define usability metrics and advocate for a data-driven approach.
- Propose design changes and prioritizations based on research findings.
- Lead competitive analyses efforts within the design team.
- Synthesize and transform user requirements into formal use cases or models for existing or new product areas (“white space analysis”) to improve SAP products.
- Develop, contribute to, and maintain a user persona repository that is understandable and accessible by all project stakeholders.
- Conduct design workshop sessions and actively contribute to product brainstorming.
- Train and mentor peers on accessibility best practices

**Who you are**:
We are looking for someone who can challenge the status quo and stay curious. You enjoy working on global products and are energized by lifelong learning.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as HCI or psychology. You have conducted countless user research studies
- preferably with mixed methods on B2B products.
- You have experience interacting with research participants and coordinators based in different countries.
- You are attentive to research study logistics and legal procedures.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to elevate your insights and drive impact within multidisciplinary teams.
- You ideally have some experience conducting research within a lean UX environment.
