**Your impact**

****We are seeking a skilled IT Field Engineer Support to join our team and provide technical assistance to our clients in various on-site settings.

**Your toolbox**
- ** **Provide on-site technical support to clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
- Respond promptly to service requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all technical procedures, configurations, and problem resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance technical skills.

**Requirements**:

- ** **Proven experience in IT support, preferably as a Field Engineer or similar role.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Any related certifications are a plus.
- **Fluent English skills. Including speaking, writing and reading**:
