**This position**
As Channel Resell Director for LATAM, you will drive the Channel Resell route to market and generate resell revenue for the region. You have significant experience working with Channel Resellers and Distributors, understand channel dynamics, and will leverage previous experiences to accelerate partnerships and grow the region. You will work with HQ to develop the regional strategy in connection to the global strategy and execute the plan. You are a team player, problem solver, and a leader and will help and support other team members succeed. You are a great communicator and will represent Channel Resell business in the region. In this position, you will collaborate closely with leadership in Sales, Partner Ecosystem, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Product to drive the strategy while aligned with global strategy.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Channel Resell or Business Development leader to join a growing global channel team and make a significant impact in the region.
This is an individual contributor position reporting to Senior Director, Global Channel Resell in the US, and is designated Flex.
**Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for resold revenue in LATAM
- Forecast, report and deliver against quarterly revenue targets
- Present and report LATAM Channel Resell at regional meetings
- Utilize regional experience to enhance regional strategy
- Work with cross functional teams - Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Product - to implement and execute strategy
- Create LATAM partner annual plans that align to global Channel Resell goals including target setting by country, resource allocation, and coordination with other teams
- Leverage existing relationships at partners to help your team to influence decision makers, increase mindshare, and accelerate engagement from partners
- Forage strong DocuSign-internal relationships with key leaders and support organizations in a dynamic and growing environment to ensure the right people and connected at the right time
- Represent DocuSign with partners and present at partner events
**Basic qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years in Channel Sales or equivalent quota-carrying role. Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Travel as necessary, typically 25% or more depending on territory and region coverage
**Preferred qualifications**
- 10+ years leading partner teams
- Specific experience in the SaaS and Cloud space
- Demonstrable experience serving customers in Corporate and SMB
- Versed in business throughout AP/J, with multi-vendor deal experience spanning the many countries and varying business models across the region
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams
- Execution focused but able to think broadly in context of regional strategy
- Excellent written and communication skills including public speaking
- Hard working and willing to put in the extra effort to get it done
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Team player who can collaborate across the org with various departments
