**Job Description**:
Can you work with a team of recruiters and HR professionals across three continents? Do you have a proven track record of technology recruiting success? Do you have innovative ideas and like to contribute to the best practices in the market? Can you keep up with the rapid pace of a fast-growing and energetic technology company?

So, this challenge is for you
- Top 5 responsibilities:_
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle.
Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends (e.g., new technology, recruitment metrics, legislative changes, salaries).
- Conduct interviews and complete reference checks.
- Perform HR activities including performance management, employee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, etc.
- Other responsibilities:_

Build and manage relations with all internal and external stakeholders to provide proactive exceptional customer service and ensure a positive image and awareness of the company is always promoted.
- Negotiate employment offers.
- Document your work using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Actively participate in new recruiting efforts and help us think of innovative solutions to hiring the best talent.
- Coordinate and conduct exit interviews and other exit formalities.
- Be approachable and collaborative to support employee relations and counseling, and to serve as the advocate for team members.
- Collaborate in a motivational manner while also ensuring accountability for results.
- Handle multiple tasks and complete assigned tasks with little supervision.
- Recommend best-practice solutions based on experience, research, and visionary thinking.
- Support your team and let them know when you need assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with high-volume hiring
Experience with HR activities such as performance management, employee integration, benefits administration, etc.
- Knowledge base on Brazilian labor law.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. We like co-workers who can teach us something.
- Have good communication skills in English.
- Recruitment experience for eCommerce, web content management, web development, UX/UI, and related internet technologies is a plus.
- Availability to work in Florianópolis/SC
