**About the team**:
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time.
**About the role**:
TikTok is seeking an experienced PMO to work with the Agency Team. This role ensures the Agency Team is operating at their peak, by building processes as the team scales and driving certain programs on behalf of the leadership team. The person in this role will be expected to work autonomously, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information whilst still being boots on the ground with project management and administrative support to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic and operational support to the agency team in marketing campaigns and complex special projects between teams/agencies
- Leadership of all payment processes for the agency team, from hiring rental suppliers, catering, gifts, creators to contracts and payment processes
- Planning and execution of the annual action plan for the agency team together with leadership
- Organize and lead TTXP (TikTok Experience Planning) together with CAP's (Creative Agency Partners) with focus on the insights narratives
- Organize and co-lead with a team of agencies initiatives such as TT DAY, events, among others with the aim of unlocking revenue.
- Lead with APMs (Agency Partnership Managers) the TikTok HUB's in the main agency partners: ensure hub implementation, education, launch events, processes (business hours, goal tracking, leadership syncs) and XFN involvement in key campaigns that will drive growth (agency and direct sales)
- Partner with teams to track, discover and highlight opportunities and challenges for the group and share and cascade this knowledge
- Define agendas for team meetings, in addition to organizing with other XFN and guests, organization, communications for the team, management of internal tasks, among others
- Schedule and coordinate activities like team events, off-sites, lunch/ dinner engagements/ business reviews/ all hands, etc.
- Establish and improve operational flows for the Agency team
- Build new systems, tools and processes to support team operations and create efficiency and transparency in campaign/project tracking, budget tracking, functional alignment, communication and other team processes
- Manage and communicate timelines, goals, budget with XFN teams and internal/external stakeholders and ensure excellence in each step and delivery
- Deliver ongoing team reports and progress updates on KPIs and projects
- Lead management implementation of all agency programs ensuring the implications of each one

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualification**:

- 5+ years of experience in project manager role with demonstrable project management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Capable problem-solver in dynamic work environments, displaying patience when collaborating with large teams and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
- Able to outline and deliver administrative projects for the team with clarity and fluidity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization and experience working for a sales organization.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish since this role interacts with different countries in the LATAM, where the native language is Spanish.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a team player and collaborator.
