**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a Manager to join our New Ventures team in Brazil. Based in São Paulo (remote start), this person will report to the General Manager of New Ventures and help define and execute strategic initiatives in the healthcare space, directly impacting the success of our New Ventures entrepreneurship.

The role will include defining the next short term and long term priorities for the New Ventures team with a focus on healthcare and executing them (building from scratch, scaling, M&A, etc). We are looking for a creative and hands-on person, who is eager to take on new challenges, build solutions from scratch and manage multiple workstreams.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Map and analyse the healthcare market in Brazil and the U.S
- Understand the innovative business models and players
- Analyse, prioritize and quantify opportunities
- Define the short term and long term strategy for Gympass in the healthcare market, create an implementation plan and execute
- Implement the prioritized initiatives (MVPs), pushing for market-fit (in case we will scale-up the opportunity), engaging with clients, partners and internal stakeholders

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Previous experience at Consulting firms, or strategy, start ups, product management (priority to healthcare industry)
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- Hands-on
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Ability to manage different projects/workstreams at the same time
- Solid analytical skills
- Ability to design and implement metrics to allow data-driven decisions
- Flexibility to test and explore new opportunities
- Discipline to execute tasks and processes
- Innovative thinking
- Experience in working with healthcare
