New Product Planning Manager - Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapies Areas

**The Position**
- Reporting to the Cardiometabolic Marketing VP, as a New Product Planning Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Evaluate the commercial and strategic potential of entering Cardiovascular & Emerging Therapies Areas (CETA), including analyzing market demands and evaluating competition.
- Develop strategies for entering CETA, defining long-term objectives, operational plans, and implementation strategies to meet company objectives, while monitoring and evaluating the performance of new therapeutic areas, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Establish connections with scientific communities and opinion leaders in new therapeutic areas to understand trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Work closely with other departments, including medical, regulatory, and commercial, to coordinate the development and launch of therapies in these new areas.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, patient organizations, healthcare professionals, and regulators.

**Qualifications**
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in new product planning, business development, product launch, and financial planning.
