**Job Description Summary**: Finance Specialist, LATAM Services Parts and Logistics role is responsible for providing strategic, operational and supply chain finance leadership to LATAM Global Services Parts Organization (GSPO) and LATAM Integrated Supply Chain Logistics. This individual serves as a business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives, inventory management, logistics variable cost productivity (VCP) and business strategy to drive process excellence and simplification. Manages key operating metrics around P&L and inventory reporting and provides oversight to critical supply chain financial processes including FP&A and Inventory controllership support in LATAM region.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Partner with the GSPO and Integrated Supply Chain Logistics LATAM leadership and staff to drive operating performance and act as champion for projects and initiatives impacting variable costs & inventory
- Ownership for consolidating estimates, forecasts and reporting actuals for all global parts and ISC logistics income statement accounts across Latam countries working with central COE & global teams.
- Ownership for developing estimates, forecasts, operating plans, and reporting actuals for all Global parts inventory accounts, including gross on-hand inventory and related reserves for LATAM region.
- Driving profitable growth by providing analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.
- Driving working capital efficiency and growth through partnership with the operating teams to drive meaningful project work around reporting and analysis around inventory
- Ownership and management of specific regional accounts, including transportation, warehousing and other logistics related accounts, partnering with regional operating teams
- Work with Controllership & Operational teams to adopt Healthcare SOP’s
- Work with the Controllership and Planning & Analysis teams to define the relevant IT platform and requirements to support analysis and improve data visibility
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive lean processes and simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs and improving profitability/cash
- Develop and improve financial processes: Finance reporting tools, Management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating processes, standard Cost set ups and analyses, Capital Investment.
- Drive consistent usage of Hyperion, BOXI and other tools across GE Healthcare. Develop and implement new reports for process improvements and productivity.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of three years of financial work experience or High School Diploma/GED and minimum of six years financial work experience including developing forecasts and operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.
