Reconciliation Specialist

Xsolla is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across multiple payment systems, platforms, and partners. You will play a key role in identifying discrepancies, resolving variances, and supporting timely financial reporting in a fast-paced, global environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Preparation of spreadsheets and reports.
- Reconciliation with counterparties.
- Verification of accruals and payments.
- Generation of analytical reports.
- Interaction with other departments to resolve identified discrepancies.
- Daily tracking of completed tasks.
- Management of accounts receivable, including monitoring and analysis of outstanding debts.
- Issuance of invoices and payment control.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native Russian speaker, upper-intermediate English.
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
- Fast learner.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
