**Summary**:
The Production Software Director at Hexagon is responsible for leading and coordinate all activities related to production software sales. This position requires a deep understanding of the product, target market and sales strategies. Production Software offers solutions for automation of manufacturing equipment, production and industrial simulation software.

**Responsibilities**:
Primary Roles/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals for LATAM Region.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and business partners to identify opportunities.
Be aware about market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accuracy of revenue forecasts.
Identify and resolve sales-related issues, including price, product, or competition issues.
Provide guidance and support to the team in complex negotiations or challenging situations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:
Required Skills/Competencies:
University degree in business administration, engineering, technology or similar courses
English proficiency
Leadership skills
Previous experience in sales management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of the production software market and technology trends.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
Travel availability
- Desired Skills/Competencies:
- Spanish / English / Portuguese
- Prior experience in software sales, preferably in a leadership role.
