**Job Scope**：
- Formulate the business plan and business objectives of this region in accordance with the business strategy of the Marketing Center and the plan of the International Business Department, submit them for approval, and then implement them.
- Be responsible for the daily management work of this region, and organize the completion of various established plans and task objectives of the department.
- Be responsible for formulating the implementation strategies for the established plans of this region, as well as the sales tasks and implementation strategies for each stage.
- Conduct regional market management and promotion, visit customers, conduct grinding and sampling, organize seminars, etc.
- Build and manage the talent echelon.
- Lead the team to achieve the monthly performance.

**Requirement**：
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent in both Chinese and Portuguese.
- 22-50 years old.
- Male.
- Brazilian.

**Achievement**: With millions of achievements in team management experience, priority is given to those working in the mechanical equipment industry

**Job knowledge**: Familiar with foreign trade processes, marketing management, international trade and economic laws and regulations

**Job Skills**: Possess the ability to cultivate talents and demonstrate and promote products

**Personality**: Outgoing, as long as not very introverted, daring to showcase oneself

**General qualities and abilities**: possessing excellent leadership skills, planning skills, judgment and decision-making skills, organizational skills, coordination skills, communication skills, analytical skills, outstanding interpersonal communication and social public relations skills;
Salary range: Basic salary of 8000-10000 RMB+commission

Probationary period: Probationary period of 5 months

Daily routine: weekends off, 8 hours

Pay: R$6,328.00 - R$7,911.00 per month
