RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute the S&OP meeting with all stakeholders
- Oversee and coordinate all supply chain operations, including procurement, demand planning, warehousing and distribution.
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs throughout the supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure continuous availability of products.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste.
- Ensure all supply chain operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain the integrity and safety of products throughout the supply chain.
- Oversee the Latin America Supply Chain team in Mexico and Colombia
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Large previous experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of demand planning procurement, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- SAP experience
- Advanced English
