Claims Handler

We are looking for a **lawyer** with previous experience between 1 and 3 years working in an insurance company, law firm, or related field to manage marine recovery claims against diverse opponents for various types of cargo.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle claims involving different parties for various types of cargo.
- Analyze the factual elements of a specific case.
- Elaborate and submit reports promptly to ensure that all the clients receive timely updates on their claims.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or third parties.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- OAB desired.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of prior experience in an insurance company, law firm, or related field.
- Fluent or Native English (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
