As a Technologist you will be responsible for meet the needs of our clients, through innovation and detection of market demands in terms of profile, legislation and costs. The role involves researching new ingredients and technologies, as well as optimizing processes. Leadership among interdisciplinary teams and managing times efficiently is important, ensuring optimal execution

Your key responsibilities- Contribute to the creation of new product concepts by analyzing market trends and proactively developing presentations. Replicate existing products and flavor blends to align with client needs and expectations.
- Assist in maintaining thorough and organized documentation throughout the product development process.
- Aid in troubleshooting formulation challenges, optimizing ingredient interactions to enhance product stability, taste, and functionality.
- Provide support during pilot plant trials, ensuring smooth execution and accurate data collection.
- Develop a strong understanding of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) procedures to ensure adherence to company safety and environmental policies.
- Provide technical support to LATAM clients, marketing teams, and sales departments.

You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in a technical role within the Food and Beverage industry.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a structured and efficient manner, particularly under tight timelines.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of taking initiative in problem-solving and project execution.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude, motivation, and adaptability.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, and fostering a sense of belonging within teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Knowledge and practice of good laboratory procedures and standards.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Intermediate level required). The role involves 20% communication in English and 30% in Spanish, including reading technical materials and engaging in client meetings.
