**O que faz um Customer Service Specialist na Sealed Air?**
Um Customer Service Representative na Sealed Air é responsável pelo atendimento ao cliente interno e externo, sempre focado em colocar ao cliente na parte mais importante bem como, executar outros trabalhos da área, como recebimento, conferência e entrada de pedidos no sistema até a entrega do pedido no cliente.

**Por que precisamos de você?**
- Porque você será o encarregado de realizar o recebimento, conferencia e entrada de pedidos no sistema para os nossos clientes.
- Você cuidará dos interesses dos nossos clientes como próprios.
- Usará as duas habilidades de comunicação por diferentes meios para encontrar soluções as reclamações dos nossos clientes.
- Será organizado com toda a informação recebida para gerenciá-la no sistema de uma maneira eficaz.
- Porque efetuará a conferencia e entradas de Notas de Credito, nota de Débitos e devoluções no sistema, acompanhando seu progresso até emissão conforme orientação da gestão.
- Porque você encontrará uma maneira eficaz de se comunicar com todos os nossos departamentos internos para dar soluções em conjunto.
- Porque as suas habilidades serão aproveitadas ao máximo para desenvolver o conhecimento técnico necessário (Welcome Call, VAA, Auditoria de Pedidos, Defection Detection e outros.)
