Dow has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Specialist based in São Paulo (BRA), to support customers and internal partners within Packaging & Specialty Plastics. You will be able to provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with other functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives.

Customer Service is aligned to Integrated Supply Chain Organization.
- In this position you will:
- Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity.-
- Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs, and gathering market intelligence.- Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issue, and implement solutions.- Maintain service levels according to business prioritization- Differentiate between customer requirements and Dow capabilities; choose the best/most cost-effective solution.- Support commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses.

Required qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.- At least 3 years of relevant and successful professional experience with customer-facing activities is required.- Advanced English & Spanish it is required.-
- Work in customers schedule and holiday calendar.

Your preferred qualifications include:
