**Strategic Partnership**:
Collaborate with Leads & Managers to understand business objectives and challenges.

Provide guidance on HR-related matters and contribute to the development of business strategies.

Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.

**Employee Relations**

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and issues.

Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Conduct investigations and handle employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

**Talent Management**

Utilize data and analytics to assess talent management practices, track key metrics, and make informed decisions

Prepare reports and presentations on talent management activities and outcomes for senior leadership.

Ensure talent management practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.

**Employee Engagement & Retention**

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Conduct surveys, FGDs and gather feedback to understand employee needs and address any issues that may impact retention.

Develop and manage succession planning processes to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions.

**Performance Management**

Develop and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.

Work with managers to ensure that performance evaluations are conducted effectively and are aligned with organizational objectives.

Develop and manage a comprehensive rewards and recognition program to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions.
