Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, organized **Business Development Manager and Inside Sales Representative** who is comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 1-3 years of experience with inside sales, SDR, BDR, or related customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot).
- Expertise in building rapport quickly and handling objections effectively.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- At least an upper intermediate level of English.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Crunchbase.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess potential fit based on company criteria.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, challenges, and buying intentions.
- Manage and update leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM (HubSpot CRM).
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing on targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs, including activity metrics, qualified leads, and pipeline creation.
- Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing on lead quality, messaging, and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionally represent the company.
