**Job Description**:
**Principais atividades e responsabilidades**:

- ** Interface com fornecedores**: Ser responsável pela operacionalização das atividades juntos aos fornecedores. Estas atividades compreendem: Gerar e analisar indicadores de eficiência dos fornecedores; Manter atualizados procedimentos e politícas; Participar de auditorias internas e extenas; Criação de solicitações de cotação; Coordenação e operacionalização de remessas e devoluções.
- ** Administração das atividades junto aos parceiros**:Documentação do fluxo de processo; Registro e estimativa de taxas de produção; Monitoramento das etapas de execução de projetos vs. planejamento; Controle das ordens de compra, registro de estoque e tarefas relativas as ordens de retirada/entrega de materiais; Controle de faturas e custos (planejamento vs. execução).
- ** Suporte no Acompanhamento de projetos**:Participar ativamente dos projetos desde as reuniões inciais, bem como as de acompanhamento, para garantir alinhamento, registro adequado de informações e análise das documentações a fim de identificar riscos potencias na execução e entrega; Atualizar informações e planejamento do projeto no sistema interno (PCOT); Monitorar as etapas de andamento do projeto, desde a engenharia até a entrega, incluindo evolução da produção e reuniões com a área de controle de suprimentos, demonstrando proatividade na resolução de problemas.

**Qualificações Básicas**:

- Diploma Ensino Medio
- Conhecimento intermediário no uso do Microsoft Excel, Word e PowerPoint
- SAP

**Qualificações Desejáveis**:

- Experiência em um papel de suporte semelhante ou relacionado
- Experiência de trabalho ou suporte a operações de manufatura/produção
- Experiência com o software de Planejamento de Recursos Empresariais IFS
- Conhecimento de transporte/logística, relatórios de produção e controle de inventário, e transporte/logística internacional
- Experiência com acompanhamento atividades com parceiros de producao e fornecedores
