**Overview**
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team.
This position needs to take initiative in managing schedules, provide full support to sales' activities from different lines of business, track revenue and generate sales reports, as well as provide high levels of customer service and prioritize customer requests.
**Responsibilities**
Carry out general administrative duties within the sales team in preparation of:
- sales documents and proposals
- tender responses
- sales reports
- agreements and contracts
- sales research papers
- correspondence
- customer billing and reprographics.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate pipeline management reports, internal regular reports such as monthly and regional reports, and also handle external delivery documents
- Liaise with Corporate and Regional offices on contracts, pricing processes and procedure
- Link with Finance, Marketing, Technical team etc. for close loop and smooth the overall business process
- Handle inquiries and provide information where appropriate internally and externally
- Coordinate the periodic sales meeting, provide data reference on sales pipeline and budget forecast.
- Maintain and manage the CRM and other internal systems to ensure optimal efficiency and use.
- Provide support to the sales team during the partner offer and onboarding process.
- Create analytical reports/dashboards to improve the business development and support adhoc activities
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and good relationship management
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative to resolve issues with high-efficiency, prioritise and exercise discretion
- A self motivated, proactive and flexible approach to work with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A level of strategic thinking, initiative, research and reporting skills
- Able to make decisions quickly
- Attention to detail
- Proven track record interacting with senior management and the ability to relate, communicate and build relationships with people at any level and from any country
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality & professionalism
- Willingness to work at flexible working hours in accordance to business requirement
- Experienced on documentation and data management
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in both written and oral English

**Geral**:
Administrador de Vendas fornecerá suporte administrativo à equipe de vendas.
Essa posição precisa ter iniciativa no gerenciamento de cronogramas, fornecer suporte total às atividades de vendas de diferentes linhas de negócios, rastrear receitas e gerar relatórios de vendas, além de fornecer altos níveis de atendimento ao cliente e priorizar as solicitações dos clientes.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Realizar tarefas administrativas gerais dentro da equipe de vendas na preparação de:
- documentos e propostas de vendas
- respostas de licitações
- relatórios de vendas
- acordos e contratos
- documentos de pesquisa de vendas
- correspondência
- faturamento de clientes e reprografia.
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe de vendas para gerar relatórios de gerenciamento de pipeline, relatórios regulares internos, como relatórios mensais e regionais e lidar com entrega externa de documentos
- Estabelecer contato com escritórios corporativos e regionais sobre contratos, processos e procedimentos de precificação
- Trabalhar de forma alinhada com as equipes de Finanças, Marketing, Técnica etc. para fechar o ciclo de forma coordenada com o processo geral de negócios
- Lidar com consultas e fornecer informações, quando apropriado, interna e externamente

- Manter e gerenciar o CRM e outros sistemas internos para garantir eficiência e uso ideais.
- Dar suporte à equipe de vendas durante a oferta de parceiros e processo de integração.

**Qualificações**:
- Ao menos 3 anos de experiência em posição similar.
- Fortes habilidades interpessoais e de comunicação e boa gestão de relacionamento
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma, usar a iniciativa para resolver problemas com alta eficiência, priorização e discrição
- Uma abordagem automotivada, proativa e flexível para trabalhar com um alto nível de adaptabilidade e flexibilidade
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e cumprir prazos
