**We are looking for a Logistics Analyst that will handle the following**:
Coordinate and support all logistics department functions of Zim South America using internal systems and tools provided by the company.

**Main activities and responsibilities**
- Controlling bookings assigned vs forecasts vs equipment availability thru different Zim systems.
- Daily equipment stock verification.
- Ensure eqc supply plan could cover commercial demand and keep stocks balanced
- Make sure all systems are updated/uploaded/fixed on-line to meet all internal target.
- Monitor the movements to/fm pools and provide information to the related departments
- Monitor and take corrective actions when KPI's are not met
- Check SAP system for invoices payments generating internal reports for cross-checking

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration or Logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High English language skills
- Strong MS office advanced skills
- in particular, Excel tasks using macros as well detailed pivot table
- Ability to carry out a plan, analyze & execute
