Job Summary

Algumas atividades do dia a dia:

- Pesquisar e priorizar contas-alvo em parceria com a equipe Comercial;
- Criar painéis de Business Analytics cobrindo desempenho comercial e financeiro, dados de mercado e outros aspectos do negócio;
- Analisar dados para descrever implicações e resultados de negócios;
- Criar gráficos e outros visuais para mostrar os KPIs dos processos de Marketing e do negócio Industrial como um todo;
- Cruzar dados de diferentes fontes e sistemas e gerar saídas para ações de negócios;
- Realizar análise competitiva por segmento alvo e por região;
- Preparar apresentações para equipe executiva sobre projetos estratégicos e métricas.

A experiência que estamos buscando acrescentar em nosso time:

- Superior completo;
- Inglês Fluente
- Sólido conhecimento e experiência com funções do Excel e recursos avançados;
- Sólido conhecimento de MS PowerPoint e experiência na construção de apresentações para equipes comerciais e liderança executiva;
- Experiência com ferramentas de inteligência de negócios e visualização (por exemplo, Tableau);
- Fortes habilidades quantitativas;
- Sólido conhecimento de conceitos financeiros, métricas e principais direcionadores de negócios;
- Experiência com relatórios, estatísticas descritivas e probabilidade;
- Experiência em liderança de equipes multifuncionais;
- Experiência em análise de grandes volumes de dados;
- Capacidade de gerenciar grandes projetos simultaneamente;
- Sólido entendimento de estruturas de dados e algoritmos;
- Habilidade para orientar a equipe.

Desejavel:

- Pós Graduação;
- Experiência na liderança de projetos comerciais;
- 8-10 anos de experiência em negócios;
- Experiência com ferramentas MS 365 (por exemplo, MS Forms / MS Flow) ferramentas de CRM (por exemplo, Sugar / SFDC).
