The focus of the Administrator's service is maintenance/administration of the client's productive Salesforce environment. It does not cover topics related to development, but the technical survey on topics related to integrations and Salesforce is required.

It is important to be very knowledgeable in good administration practices, as well as having worked with multi-cloud.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data loading
- Simple and complex reports
- Panel building/maintenance
- Org configuration (fields, process builder, workflow, queues, public groups)
- Application of remedies based on known errors
- Participation in discussions with business and technical areas
- Technical complement for escalating incidents to T3
- Assessment in reproducing the error based on Salesforce best practices and guidelines
- Opening/following up calls with Salesforce when it covers configuration or even product
- Creation/submission of articles for the knowledge base
- Simple test booklet
- Documents for deployment (GMUD and RDM)
- Impact analysis with Salesforce maintenance of org configuration

**Requirements**:

- Professional with more than 2 years of experience in the function.
- Salesforce or App Builder Administrator Certificate
- At least 3 Superbadges
- Ranger at Trailhead
- Advanced English level
- Support experience desirable
