Formação e Experiência: Graduação ou experiência de trabalho relevante na área de Marketing, Growth, Comunicação ou afins. Aprendizado Contínuo: Foco em aprendizado contínuo, mantendo-se atualizado(a) com as melhores práticas de growth, marketing, negócios, inovação, tecnologia e marketing digital. Análise de Dados: Habilidade com dados, números e análises qualitativas e quantitativas. Comunicação Eficaz: Comunicação clara e eficaz, com habilidades em apresentações e facilidade em interagir com diferentes públicos. Experiência com IA: Experiência prática com IA e interesse contínuo em explorar e estudar sobre o tema. Resultados Comprovados: Resultados comprovados em estratégias de inbound, outbound e performance. Eventos e PR: Experiência prévia em eventos e ações de PR também são diferenciais importantes.
Desejável Conhecimento aprofundado sobre fatores de otimização, rankeamento e atualizações de algoritmos. Experiência com ferramentas de análises, tendências, comportamentos e jornadas do consumidor. Habilidade para solucionar problemas e otimizar a experiência no site e redes sociais da empresa. Certificação em marketing de conteúdo é um diferencial.
