The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the various areas of Kokku’s infrastructure, as well as executing administrative processes.

**As an Administrative Assistant you will**:

- Carry out the entire procurement process for goods and services, ensuring that all processes are in accordance with Kokku’s ethical standards and procedures, and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance of the organization’s assets;
- Maintain a database of suppliers and service providers, containing information regarding unit prices, payment terms and products available, and available, and CNPJ regularity, and supervise external suppliers for preventive and corrective maintenance and security;
- Maintain the file, review, and forward to legal counsel all contracts signed by suppliers providing feedback to applicants and management, as well as having the seal of the legal department on each contract;
- Perform administrative control routines (property and consumer goods) and actions related to the change of facilities and expansion works when necessary;
- Follow up and forward to the financial department all payment processes;
- Monitor and execute the entire process of validating the company’s legal documentation company (certificates, taxes, and licenses);
- Support and execute the entire process of travel and accommodation for employees with support from the travel agency partner

**We expect you to have***:

- Education: completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in business administration, psychology or people management
- Proven experience in the area
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Internet
- Basic knowledge of Civil Legislation and contractual risks
- Intermediate English (fluency would be a competitive differential)
