**Job Description**:
**Principais atividades da função**:

- Gerenciamento de contrato de compras - estabelecer estratégia de curto, médio e longo prazo para as commodities de sua responsabilidade em parceria com as áreas de pós vendas, marketing, logística e supply chain alinhado com a visão do time global.
- Liderar processos de sourcing para programas futuros e novos portfolios AcDelco e APC, contratações de peças de serviço, iniciativas de nacionalização e troca de fornecedores através da análise da estrutura de custo, comparativo de preços ( benchmark), realização de workshop multifuncional entre outras iniciativas para suportar os objetivos e metas do departamento de compras.
- Análise de pleitos de reajuste de preços,identificando oportunidades de mitigar ou eliminar os impactos e buscando eficiências na cadeia de fornecedores.
- Trabalho em time com as áreas funcionais.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Trabalhar de forma eficaz multifuncionalmente, interna e externamente e construir relacionamentos
- Trabalho com commodities (metais, peças estampadas, peças fundidas, plásticos, resinas, tintas, eletrônicos, etc.)
- Liderar questões comerciais com fornecedores e avaliação de desempenho do fornecedor
- Competência comprovada em habilidades de negociação

**Requisitos**:

- Formação Superior Completo
- Experiência Sólida em Compras - Mandatório
- Inglês fluente - mandatório
- Espanhol é desejável
- Power Bi desejável Office mandatório

**HABILIDADES CRÍTICAS PREFERIDAS**:

- Experiência na indústria automotiva
- Conhecimento de software de aquisição
- Conhecimento de gerenciamento de materiais
- Capacidade de interpretar dados de mercado
- Capacidade de ler plantas e entender documentos básicos de engenharia
- Sólidos conhecimentos em direito contratual e suas aplicações em processos de compras
- Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita interpessoal profissional
